FULCRUM EXECUTIVE COHORTS

Better Together. Stronger Leaders. Greater Impact.

Leadership can be rewarding, but it can also be isolating. Even the most experienced nonprofit executives need a trusted circle of peers who understand their challenges, offer fresh perspectives, and provide honest feedback.

Fulcrum Executive Cohorts bring senior nonprofit leaders together in small, confidential peer groups designed to strengthen leadership, foster meaningful relationships, and accelerate personal and professional growth.

Unlike traditional networking groups, Fulcrum Executive Cohorts create a consistent, supportive environment where leaders can move beyond surface-level conversations to address the real opportunities, challenges, and decisions they face.

The Power of a Trusted Peer Group

Every Fulcrum Executive Cohort is built around the belief that great leaders become even better when they learn from one another.

Through facilitated conversations and shared experiences, cohort members benefit from:

  • Confidential Conversations: A trusted environment to discuss sensitive leadership challenges, explore difficult decisions, and speak openly without judgment.

  • Collective Wisdom: Access to the diverse experiences, insights, and perspectives of accomplished nonprofit executives.

  • Authentic Relationships: Meaningful connections with peers who understand the unique responsibilities and pressures of nonprofit leadership.

  • Leadership Growth: Opportunities to challenge assumptions, strengthen decision-making, and develop new approaches to leading people and organizations.

  • Accountability and Support: A committed group of peers who encourage progress, celebrate successes, and help one another navigate challenges.

A Powerful Addition to Your Leadership Journey

We believe the strongest nonprofit leaders benefit from three essential sources of support: a vibrant professional network, a trusted executive coach, and a small peer cohort.

Each serves a different purpose. Together, they create a powerful foundation for sustained leadership effectiveness.

Fulcrum Executive Cohorts provide the peer connection that is often missing from an executive’s professional life. They replace unnecessary silos with collaboration, isolation with belonging, and individual challenges with collective wisdom.

Designed for Senior Nonprofit Leaders

Fulcrum Executive Cohorts are intentionally small to ensure every member has the opportunity to contribute, be heard, and build meaningful relationships.

Each cohort is guided by an experienced chair who facilitates thoughtful discussions, encourages candid dialogue, and helps members translate shared insights into practical leadership action.

Participation is selective to preserve the quality, trust, and commitment that make the cohort experience valuable.

Find Your People. Strengthen Your Leadership.

You don’t have to navigate the complexities of nonprofit leadership alone.

Join a community of accomplished executives who challenge one another to think differently, lead more confidently, and make a greater impact.

THE COST

The cost to belong to a Fulcrum Executive Cohort is $400 per month. There are no contracts. You can join and leave a group any time.
